SKS Microfinance allots equity shares

Under ESOP

SKS Microfinance announced that the Company, on 15 May 2014, has allotted 18,179 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the grantees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
