Nitin Fire Protection Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2014, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions:Appointment of Vinayak Kulkarni as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2014-2015.
Appointment of M/s. Haribhakti & Co., as the Statutory Auditor for the financial year 2014-2015.
In pursuance to section 81(1 A) the issue of further equity shares of the Company.
Nitin M Shah will act as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, and has resigned from the post of Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 17 May 2014.
The Board has accepted resignation of S A Dave as Director of the Company w.e.f. 18 February 2014.
Kunal N Shah has resigned as Director of the Company w.e.f. 17 May 2014.
Rahul N Shah has resigned as Director of the Company w.e.f. 17 May 2014.
Considered Amalgamation of M/s. Eutotech Cylinders, 100% Subsidiary Company with the Company.
