Skyline Ventures India appoints an additional director

Skyline Ventures India announced that the directors in the board meeting of the company held on 15 February 2015 have considered the appointment of Raghavendra Rao Gaddem as additional director and managing director of the company with effect from 15 February 2015, at a remuneration as may be decided by the Board of Directors subject to the approval of shareholders.
