SORIL Infra Resources allots 39 lakh equity shares

To foreign portfolio investors

SORIL Infra Resources has allotted 39 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at price of Rs 539 (including premium of Rs 529) per equity share, for a cash consideration of Rs 210.21 crore to certain foreign portfolio investors, pursuant to and in terms of shareholders' approval dated 29 September 2018.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 31,50,00,000/- divided into 3,15,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
