Sri Ramakrishna Mills (Coimbatore) enters into agreement with a real estate developer

Intends to commence real estate operations in Coimbatore

Sri Ramakrishna Mills (Coimbatore) announced that, in pursuance of Clause-III (32) of the Memorandum of Association, the Company intends to commence the real estate operations during the year in the surplus land available in Ganapathy, Coimbatore.

Accordingly, the Company has entered into an agreement with a real estate developer on 15 July 2015 to develop the land.
