Suven Life Sciences announces cessation of director
With effect from 10 January 2020
Suven Life Sciences announced that D. G. Prasad, the Independent Director has demitted his office of Director in Suven Life Sciences w.e.f. 10 January, 2020 and decided to continue as Independent Director on the Board of Suven Pharmaceuticals as per the rearrangement of the compositions of the both Boards of Suven Life Sciences and Suven Pharmaceuticals as approved by the respective Boards.
