Allcargo Logistics has allotted 1600 Senior, Rated, Secured, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating Rs 160 crore on private placement basis to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, foreign portfolio investor on 10 January 2020.

Date of allotment - 10 January 2020
Date of maturity - 10 January 2023
Coupon - 11.25% per annum
