Tata Global Beverages receives NCLT approval for scheme of arrangement
Capital MarketTata Global Beverages announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench and Kolkata Bench have approved the scheme of arrangement between Tata Global Beverages and Tata Chemicals on 10 January 2020 and 08 January 2020 respectively.
The scheme entails the demerger of the consumer products business from Tata Chemicals and vesting it with the company.
