The Board of KCD Industries India at its meeting held on 19 December 2019 had approved raising of funds through preferential allotment/ private placement up to Rs 5.37 crore by issue of up to 25 lakh convertible equity warrants.The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10 January 2020 has revised the issue price of the warrants from Rs. 21.50 per warrant to Rs. 21.55 per warrant.
Accordingly, the issue size of the preferential allotment has increased to Rs. 5.38 crore.
