Syncom Formulations (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2014 to consider and approve the followings: Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/year ended 31 March 2014, and Recommendation of dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the year 2013-14, if any.
