Board of Hindusthan National Glass & Inds approves scheme of amalgamation

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2014, have also approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Glass Equipment (India) and Quality Minerals with the Company.
