Nifty December 2014 futures at premium
Nifty December 2014 futures were at 8118, a premium of 50.40 points over spot closing of 8067.60. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment surged to Rs 401963.90 crore from Rs 242099.73 crore on Monday, 15 December 2014.
State Bank of India December 2014 futures were at 296.90, near spot closing of 294.90.
ICICI Bank December 2014 futures were at 333, near spot closing of 331.10.
Axis Bank December 2014 futures were at 472.75, near spot closing of 471.90.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty lost 152 points or 1.85% to settle at 8,067.60, its lowest closing level since 28 October 2014.
The December 2014 derivatives contract expire on 24 December 2014.
