UFO Moviez India acquires shares in subsidiary

UFO Moviez India announced that on 20 June 2016 the Company has purchased 6,80,117 equity shares of Southern Digital Screenz India, a subsidiary Company of the Company, from the existing equity shareholders of SDS at a total consideration of Rs.14 crore.
