Alora Trading Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 June 2016, has approved the appointment of Mansi Nagda as a Company Secretary of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 203, 205 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel Rules, 2014.
