IPO bid opens on 02 March 2020 and closes on 05 March 2020
State Bank of India announced update on the proposed IPO of its subsidiary, SBI Cards and Payment Services (SBI Cards) comprising of fresh issue aggregating to Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of up to 13,05,26,798 equity shares.The Red Herring Prospectus of SBI Cards dated 18 February 2020 (RHP) was filed with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana on 19 February 2020. The IPO bid opens on 02 March 2020 and closes on 05 March 2020. The Bid/Offer Period for QIBs will close one Working Day prior to the Bid/Offer closing date, i.e. 04 March 2020.
