Visagar Polytex announced that Alok Jain, Company Secretary has shown his interest to discontinue his services as a Company Secretary due to pre- occupation. The resignation letter tendered by him has been accepted with effect from 20 May 2015.Till the time being another Company Secretary is appointed, Tilokchand Kothari, Managing Director shall act as Compliance Officer of the Company.
