Volumes jump at Confidence Petroleum India counter

TTK Prestige, High Ground Enterprise, Deep Industries and Astec Lifesciences are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 17 July 2015.

Confidence Petroleum India clocked volume of 2.57 crore shares by 13:33 IST on BSE, a 205.26 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.25 lakh shares. The stock was locked at 5% upper circuit at Rs 2.70.

TTK Prestige notched up volume of 30,000 shares, a 75.15-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 401 shares. The stock rose 1.1% at Rs 3,989.

High Ground Enterprise saw volume of 12.45 lakh shares, a 12-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.04 lakh shares. The stock tumbled 6.69% at Rs 44.60.

Deep Industries clocked volume of 12.83 lakh shares, a 6.44-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.99 lakh shares. The stock was locked at 20% upper circuit at Rs 117.05.

Astec Lifesciences saw volume of 5.71 lakh shares, a 3.94-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 1.45 lakh shares. The stock jumped 8.5% at Rs 260.50.
