Volumes jump at Zydus Wellness counter
Sundaram Finance, Mcleod Russel India, Agro Tech Foods and Gillette India are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 30 November 2017.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 269.06 points, or 0.80% to 33,333.70.
Zydus Wellness clocked volume of 5.18 lakh shares by 13:35 IST on BSE, a 430.97-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock rose 0.18% to Rs 911.55.
Sundaram Finance notched up volume of 78,000 shares, a 87.91-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock fell 0.87% to Rs 1,850.30.
Mcleod Russel India saw volume of 1.52 crore shares, a 71.39-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.13 lakh shares. The stock rose 7.58% to Rs 235.60.
Agro Tech Foods clocked volume of 83,000 shares, a 56.27-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock rose 18.06% to Rs 620.
Gillette India saw volume of 15,000 shares, a 48.19-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 320 shares. The stock rose 1.92% to Rs 6,499.90.
