Entes into licensing agreement with WABCO Europe BVBA

WABCO India announced that based on the decision of the Board on 31 March 2016, the Company has entered into an agreement which is on arms-length basis with WABCO Europe BVBA, a related party for payment of royalty at the rate of 4% on the net sales for using the licensed intangibles and technical knowhow.
