Welspun Enterprises announces cessation of directors

With effect from 22 November 2017

Welspun Enterprises announced that Insight Solutions and Granele, who have ceased to be investors of the Company entitled for participation rights, have withdrawn the directorship of Mintoo Bhandari and Utsav Baijal (Alternate Director to Mintoo Bhandari) from the Board of Directors of the Company. As a result, Mintoo Bhandari and Utsav Baijal ceased to be directors of the Company w.e.f. 22 November 2017.
