Welspun Enterprises announced that Insight Solutions and Granele, who have ceased to be investors of the Company entitled for participation rights, have withdrawn the directorship of Mintoo Bhandari and Utsav Baijal (Alternate Director to Mintoo Bhandari) from the Board of Directors of the Company.
