Yes Bank allots 14,750 equity shares under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 14,750 equity shares under ESOP on 21 February 2022. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 50,109,876,462/- consisting of 25,054,938,231 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 50,109,905,962/- consisting of 25,054,952,981 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
