Yuken India allots 90 lakh equity shares
Under bonus issue
The Board of Yuken India have approved allotment of 90,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each as fully paid-up Bonus shares by capitalizing Rs. 9 crore standing to the credit of free reserves and surplus of the Company, in proportion of 3:1 i.e 3 (Three) fully paid equity shares for every 1 (One) equity share held by existing equity shareholders as on record date - 14 September, 2018.Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 3 crore consisting of 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 12 crore consisting of 1,20,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
