Zee Enterprises scheme of arrangement with DMC

Zee Entertainment Enterprises announced that the board of directors of the company in the meeting held on 17 December 2013 approved a scheme of arrangement between the company and Diligent Media Corporation (DMCL) for demerger of media business undertaking from DMCL and vesting into the company, with effect from 31 March 2014 being the appointed date under the scheme.
