National carrier Air India Wednesday said it will launch direct flights from the national capital to Pantnagar, Uttarakhand from Oct 14.
According to the airline, the four-times-a-week service will operate on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, with a turbo-prop ATR aircraft.
In the recent past, Air India has launched flights to six regional stations including Bhuj, Lilabari, Tezpur, Silchar, Guwahati and Shillong.
The airline also operates flights from Port Blair to Car Nicobar under charter agreement with the Andaman Nicobar Island Administration.
