Myanmar's health ministry plans to increase the supply of anti-HIV drugs from 60 percent to 95 percent for people infected with the human immunodeficiency virus by 2015, officials said Tuesday.

According to a survey, about 120,000 patients carrying HIV do not have access to medication yet in the country, Xinhua reported.

The ministry has also planned to establish decentralised antiretroviral therapy (ART) sites in 150 locations across the country by the end of 2016 in order to ensure easy access for the target population.
