Argentina have been boosted by the return to fitness of Sergio Aguero ahead of their World Cup semifinal against the Netherlands Wednesday.
Aguero has missed the Albiceleste's past two matches against Switzerland and Belgium with a hamstring injury but looked untroubled during a light training session here Sunday, reports Xinhua.
But the news was not so good for Angel di Maria who was forced to watch his teammates from the sidelines.
The Real Madrid winger suffered a thigh injury in Argentina's 1-0 victory over Belgium Saturday and reports in Buenos Aires said the 26-year-old's World Cup could be over.
Di Maria's injury is likely to mean Enzo Perez will be given a starting berth against the Netherlands in Sao Paulo Wednesday.
The Benfica midfielder impressed after replacing Di Maria just before halftime in Brasilia Saturday.
