Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence's name is also included in the list, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Bieber, 19, has earned an estimated $113 million in the last two years from his works, and Cyrus, 21, sold 270,000 copies of her most recent album "Bangerz" in its first week after the release.
Other stars who make it onto the list in the category of music include Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, One Direction, Katy Perry, Drake and Lorde.
Lawrence, 23, received the best actress trophy in the Academy Awards for her performance in "Silver Linings Playbook". She was also named one of highest-earning actresses in Hollywood, reportedly earning $10 million from "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire".
