Former prime minister H.D. Deve Gowda called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his official residence here on Wednesday, an official statement said.
The statement did not give any other detail about the meeting.
This was Modi's second meeting with a former prime minister. Earlier on May 27, he met his immediate predecessor Manmohan Singh at his official residence - 7 Race Course Road.
