EIH Ltd, which operates the Oberoi chain of hotels across the country and overseas, reported net profit of Rs.47.91 crore for fourth quarter of 2014-15, registering 31.5 percent growth from Rs.36.44 crore in like period of 2013-14.
In a regulatory filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Saturday, the city-based listed firm said total income for Q4 grew 9.2 percent YoY to Rs.392.73 crore from Rs.359.60 crore in same period year ago.
For the fiscal, the hospitality group, however, posted flat net profit of Rs.96.63 crore, a 1.7 percent rise, as against Rs.95.04 crore year ago.
Total income grew 7.1 percent to Rs.1,341.31 crore from Rs.1,252.16 crore.
On consolidation basis, net profit declined 41 percent to Rs.63.10 crore in 2014-15 from Rs.107.12 crore, while total income grew 7.5 percent to Rs.1,689.18 crore from Rs.1,571.13 crore.
