Heavy rain in Agra brought back cheer to the city Sunday, ending weeks of dry spell.
"For the past several days, clouds came and disappeared. Sunday also was dry and hot till around 4 p.m. when it started to rain. After a slow start, the momentum picked up," said school teacher Meera Gupta of Ring Road colony in Agra.
Traffic was held up in several parts of the city due to water-logging.
The met office has forecast more rain in the next few days.
