Music maestro Ilaiyaraaja has been roped in to compose the tunes for upcoming Tamil con thriller "Rajathandhiram 2".
On Sunday, the makers of the film, a sequel to last year's sleeper hit "Rajathandhiram", unveiled the first six minutes of "Rajathandhiram 2".
In the six-minute footage, it was revealed that Ilaiyaraaja will compose music for the film which will be produced and directed by Senthil Veerasamy.
"The film won't have any songs. Raja sir will work on the background score and may also give us a promotional song around the release time," Senthil told IANS.
Starring Veera, Ajai Prasath and Darbuka Siva, the film will go on the floors in June-July and will most likely hit the screens later this year.
