India take 298-run lead in second Test

India reached 98 for three in their second innings to take a 298-run lead at the end of the third day's play in the second cricket Test against England here on Saturday.

Earlier in the day, India bowled out England for 255 in their first innings as the visitors trailed India by 200 runs.

In the second innings, captain Virat Kohli led from the front with an unbeaten 56, forging a 58-run fourth wicket stand with Ajinkya Rahane (22 not out).
