Iran's Persepolis football club on Tuesday completed the signing of Iraqi international midfielder Bashar Rasan.
Rasan has joined Persepolis from Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya of Iraq on a two-year contract, reports Xinhua news agency.
The 20-year-old Rasan had made 10 appearance for the Iraqi national football team.
"Persepolis is one of Asia's biggest teams and I would rather play in the Iranian team coached by Branko Ivaankovic," Rasan said.
