New Delhi, March 22 ( IANS) Delhi Police has arrested Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist Sajjad Khan, who is believed to be a close associate of Pulwama attack mastermind Mudassir Ahmed Khan, a police officer said on Friday.

Following a tip off, Sajjad Khan was arrested on Thursday night from near the Red Fort where he was pretending to be a shawl trader. He is being interrogated, the officer said.

During investigation, it was found that Sajjad Khan had knowledge about the February 14 Pulwama suicide bombing. He was in close contact with Ahmed Khan, who was eliminated by the Indian Army earlier in March, the officer added.
