"Game of Thrones" actor Kit Harington has replaced actor Robert Pattinson in the upcoming movie "Brimstone".
He is joining actor Guy Pearce and actress Dakota Fanning in the thriller, written and directed by Martin Koolhover, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Harington's "Game of Thrones" co-star Carice van Houten is also part of the cast along with Paul Anderson, Jack Roth and Carla Juri.
The movie's principal photography has just started and the film will be shot on location in Romania, Spain and Germany.
Harington will play "an outlaw who has a crucial role in the tale of retribution" while Fanning will star as Liz, "a heroine on the run from her past and chased by the evil Preacher (Guy)". Australian actress Mia Wasikowska was originally cast for Dakota's character.
Meanwhile, Pattinson, who has two upcoming films "Life" and "Queen of the Desert" to be released later this year, will be working on his next movies "The Lost City of Z" and "The Trap".
