French driver Sebastien Loeb won the second stage of the Dakar Rally, held between the Peruvian cities of Pisco and San Juan de Marcona.
He beat Spaniard Joan 'Nani' Roma (Mini) by eight seconds on Tuesday, reports Efe news.
