At least 12 minors have been placed in detention in Belgium for allegedly planning an attack, the media reported.
"There are currently 10 ten files concerning minors who have been recruited in the same way by terrorist organisations to prepare or perpetrate attacks," Xinhua news agency quoted Eric Van Der Sypt of the federal prosecutor's office in Belgium as saying on Sunday.
"They have been placed in closed institutions," the official said.
