Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday met his British counterpart Theresa May on the sidelines of the ongoing G20 Summit here.
This was Modi's first bilateral with May who succeeded David Cameron after he stepped down following UK's decision to exit the European Union in June.
"Building opportunities with the UK," External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup, posting Modi's picture with May on the micro-blogging site.
This is also May's first international summit as the Prime Minister.
