Muggy Monday in Delhi, Tuesday likely to be clear

High humidity made for a muggy Monday despite a maximum temperature lower than the season's average. The met office has forecast a clear Tuesday.

The maximum temperature Monday was recorded at 32.5 degrees Celsius - a notch below average, while the minimum temperature settled three above average at 23 degrees Celsius and humidity wavered between a high and low of 96 and 59 percent, respectively.

"The sky would be clear on Tuesday," said a met official.

Sunday's maximum temperature was recorded at 34 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled three notches above the season's average at 22.8 degrees Celsius.
