Naidu visiting Costa Rica and Paraguay
Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu on Monday left on a visit to Costa Rica and Paraguay.
He is accompanied by Union Minister K.J. Alphons, and Rajya Sabha MP Ram Kashyap.
This is the first visit at this level from India to the Central American nation of Costa Rica and the South American nation of Paraguay.
