Neetu Chandraa injured on sets of 'Vaigai Express'

Actress Neetu Chandraa, who is currently shooting for Tamil musical thriller "Vaigai Express", got bruised while performing an action sequence on the sets of the film here.

"Neetu got injured in a struggle sequence. She was left bruised and her left eye was swollen. The director quickly called off the shoot as Neetu was suffering with pain. Following some medical attention, she was advised complete bed rest," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

Directed by Shaji Kailas, "Vaigai Express" features Neetu in a double role for the first time in her career.

It also features Suja Varunee, Komal Sharma and Nasser in important roles.
