Pacers top scorer Paul George had a game-high 36 points, marking his sixth 30-plus game this season. Lance Stephenson added 22 points and 12 rebounds. Danny Granger took 12 points from the bench.
Jamal Crawford led the Chris Paul-less Clippers with 22 points. Blake Griffin finished with 19.
The Pacers will next face the Golden State Warriors.
