Actress Pavitra Punia says she is thrilled to enter the supernatural genre with TV show "Kawach...Kaali Shaktiyon Se".
Pavitra will be entering the Colors show with Mehul Vyas, and their entry will bring another twist to the story.
"I am quite thrilled that I am getting the opportunity to start my journey with a show like 'Kawach...'," Pavitra said in a statement.

Mehul is also eager to join the show, which is being lauded for its uniqueness. He said: "My character is going to bring about a lot of twists to the show and I hope that the audience will like it."

Vishal Dadlani had 'people problems'
Bollywood music composer Vishal Dadlani says he was not a people's person, and opened up only after he started singing.
When a contestant of "The Stage 2" talked about fears of performing on a public platform, the show's judge Dadlani recalled his childhood weakness.
"I had the exact same problem in school. I didn't exist until, literally until the first time I sang. I have severe people problems, right? The only time I don't have any people problems is when I am singing. So I know exactly what you are going through," Dadlani said in a statement.
Apart from Dadlani, Monica Dogra, Ehsaan Noorani and Devraj Sanyal judge the Colors Infinity channel's show, hosted by Shibani Dandekar.

Ruhanika's birthday bash with 'Ye Hai Mohabbatein' co-stars
Child artist Ruhanika Dhawan, who is seen as Pihu in "Ye Hai Mohabbatein", was floored with a special birthday party organised by her co-stars.
Actress Divyanka Tripathi, who essays the role of Pihu's mother in the Star Plus show, surprised her onscreen daughter with a pre-birthday celebration on Saturday. Ruhanika turned nine on Sunday.
"Ruhanika is very close to my heart and I had been preparing for her birthday for quite some time now. The younger cast helped me prepare for a surprise for Ruhanika," Divyanka said in a statement.
"This is the very reason that even after the show taking a leap we wanted to retain Ruhanika as she's the angel on our show and brings along happiness," she added.
Ruhanika, who was elated with the surprise, said: "I was so happy after seeing the gifts everybody got for me and the way they planned my surprise."
