It was a sunny, pleasant Friday in the national capital as the maximum temperature settled a notch above the season's average at 25 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast similar weather Saturday.
"There will be light mist and nip in the air early morning and in the evening tomorrow (Saturday)... the afternoon will be sunny and warm," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum and minimum temperature are expected to hover around 26 and 9 degrees Celsius.
Friday morning was chilly and light mist enveloped the city. The minimum temperature was recorded at 10 degrees Celsius, a notch above season's average.
Thursday's maximum temperature was a notch above season's average at 25.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 10.1 degrees Celsius.
