Actress Pragya Jaiswal, best known for her work in Telugu war drama "Kanche", will be playing the leading lady in actor Manchu Manoj's yet-untitled next Telugu project.
"After much contemplation, the makers finally zeroed in on Pragya. They felt she and Manoj would make a fresh pair and hence, she'd be perfect as the heroine," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
Tipped to be a full-length romantic-comedy, the project's regular shooting is expected to commence later this month.
To be helmed by T. Satya, who earlier made "Naa Rakumarudu", the project will be bankrolled by debut producer Varun.
