Former champions Atletico de Kolkata will play their home matches at the Rabindra Sarobar stadium here in the third edition of the Indian Super League (ISL), the football franchise announced on Sunday.
The stadium will host its first ISL game when ATK open their campaign against defending champions Chennaiyin FC on October 2.
ATK's regular home venue, the Salt Lake stadium, is out of bounds for this season's tournament as it is undergoing renovation for the under-17 World Cup to be held next year.
Rabindra Sarobar Stadium, built in 1961, has a capacity of 22,000 spectators.
