Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar Wednesday said state departments have been directed to review the decisions taken by the previous Bhupinder Singh Hooda government after May 16, and submit a report within 15 days.

"There were 115 such decisions concerning 23 departments. Some decisions were taken by departments themselves on which the concerned ministers would take further action after proper review," Khattar, who heads the first BJP government in the state, told the media after a cabinet meeting here.

He said further action would be taken on such decisions after the reports are received.

The Hooda-led Congress government had announced several decisions and incentives for various categories after the results of the Lok Sabha elections May 16. These were done in the run-up to the Haryana assembly polls held Oct 15.

The Congress suffered reverses in the parliament polls, winning only one out of 10 Lok Sabha seats. The BJP won seven seats while the Indian National Lok Dal won two.

In last month's assembly polls, the BJP won a majority with 47 seats in the 90-member house. The INLD got 19 while the Congress was relegated to the third spot with only 15 seats.

Asked about the controversial land deals, including those involving Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra, Khattar said: "All types of complaints are being examined. Action would soon be taken on such complaints after adopting a prescribed procedure."
