Spanish football club Sevilla has announced the transfer of French defender Timothee Kolodziejczak to Borussia Monchengladbach.
Kolodziejczak has already passed the medical tests and will join the Monchengladbach training camp next Friday in Marbella in Spain, Sevilla announced on Wednesday, reports Efe.
Monchengladbach sports director Max Eberl also announced on Wednesday the signing of the French player, for which Sevilla will receive about 10 million euros ($10.4 million).
The French defender has played with the Sevilla shirt in 52 La Liga games, 16 in the Europa League, 15 in the Copa del Rey, 7 at the UEFA Champions League and one in the European Super Cup, although this season he played only nine games, five of them in La Liga.
