Forty-three-year old singer-turned-politician Babul Supriyo is the youngest of the 21 faces who were Sunday inducted in the first expansion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's council of ministers.
The eldest ministers are Secunderabad Bandaru Dattatreya and former Congressman Birender Singh -- both aged 68.
Besides Dattatreya and Singh, Giriraj Singh, Suresh Prabhu, Mohanbhai Kalyanjibhai Kundariya and Haribhai Parthibhai Choudhary are in their 60s.
Olympian shooter-turned-politician Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, at 44, is the second youngest.
