Argentine striker Carlos Tevez is committed to seeing out his contract with Chinese football club Shanghai Shenhua, according to his agent Adrian Ruocco.
The 33-year-old has been linked with a move to his former club Boca Juniors after just one season in the Chinese Super League, reports Xinhua news agency.
But Ruocco told Argentine newspaper Ole that his client is "not thinking about" a return to Argentina.
"Carlos wants to see out his contract," Ruocco said, adding that Tevez is currently training alone to remain fit during the off season.
"We are at the disposal of the club and we will do as they say. We are not thinking about Boca. He is doing extra work so that these 45 days aren't lost and that he stays in shape."
Tevez scored just one goal in 16 appearances for Shanghai Shenhua in 2017 after joining the club from Boca on a two-year deal last December.
Capped 76 times for Argentina's national team, Tevez's career has also included spells at Corinthians, West Ham United, Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus.
He rejoined his boyhood club Boca Juniors in June 2015 and helped the Buenos Aires outfit win the league title six months later.
Boca currently lead Argentina's first division standings with 30 points from 12 matches, three points ahead of second-placed San Lorenzo.
